FAFSA NIGHT

There will be a FAFSA night on February 11th at 6 p.m.  

Connors State College Financial Aid Reps will be at Gore High School in Computer Lab Room 10 to assist seniors and their parents/guardians in completing the FAFSA.  Any student considering attending college will have to have a FAFSA on file and the FAFSA is now a graduation requirement unless an opt out form is filed with the counselor. 

 

Please bring the following documents or information to assist with completion of the FAFSA:

 

Parent (Contributor) FSA ID

Student FSA ID

Social Security #s

Driver's License #s

W-2 forms and tax returns for 2023

New Superintendent - Nick Humphries

Please join us in welcoming Nick Humphries, the newly appointed Superintendent of Gore Public Schools. Mr. Humphries may be a familiar face in the community, having previously taught and coached at Gore. Mr. Humphries has spent the last 17 years at Wagoner Public Schools in various leadership roles, most recently as Assistant Superintendent, where he played a key role in advancing academic programs, improving operational efficiency, and fostering strong community partnerships. With over 20 years of experience in education, Mr. Humphries' career has been marked by a commitment to student success and a passion for creating opportunities for growth. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of innovation and collaboration to his new role. 

 

Mr. Humphries and his wife of 22 years, Kristie, have two children: Abby, a sophomore at Oklahoma Baptist University, and Kael, a sophomore at Wagoner High School. He is excited to be back in Gore and looks forward to serving the district as Superintendent beginning this summer.
